Production Plants:

With 80000L litres total capacity, the facility consists of a full series of reactors available in glass lined ，enamel lined and stainless steel. Capacities range from 500 litres to 6300 litres making DFC ideally suited to small and bulk manufacturing.

Reactor services, temperature from -78ºC to 300ºC, vacuum and inert gas
Filtration by centrifugation, vacuum filtration, pressure filtration
Drying in tray oven, vacuum oven, fluid bed dryers
Finishing with sieves, drum blender, mills
Controlled warehousing including refrigerated storage
Environmental considerations: waste minimisation, pH treatment, approved agents for disposal
Safe handling of hazardous reagents including bromine, hexafluorophosphoric acid, hydrogen chloride, ammonia etc.

Synthetic Laboratories:

Fully equipped laboratories to perform multistep syntheses from grams to kilos. Special facilities to handle light sensitive materials.
